Abstract
CASE REPORT
The case is presented on a 63-year-old patient with Terson's syndrome who complained of loss of visual acuity. The optical coherence tomography showed macular atrophy.
DISCUSSION
The patient developed macular atrophy probably secondary to macular hemorrhage caused by the rupture of a cerebral aneurysm.
