Lesteva (s.str.) hartmanni sp. n. (Nepal: Gandaki Province, Manaslu Mts.), L. (s.str.) brevipennis Cameron, 1941 and L. (s.str.) torrentum Cameron, 1924 are (re-) described and illustrated. New records of L. (s.str.) championi Lohse, 1982, L. (s.str.) jaegeri Shavrin, 2012 and a modified identification key to the species of Lesteva Latreille, 1797 of Nepal are provided. L. brevipennis is recorded from Pakistan for the first time.
尼泊尔哈特曼氏窄胸隐翅虫（新种）（尼泊尔：甘达基省，马纳斯卢山脉）、1941年的短翅窄胸隐翅虫及1924年的溪流窄胸隐翅虫被（重新）描述并配图。提供了1982年的钱氏窄胸隐翅虫、2012年的耶氏窄胸隐翅虫的新记录，以及一份经过修订的尼泊尔1797年拉特雷窄胸隐翅虫属物种鉴定检索表。短翅窄胸隐翅虫首次在巴基斯坦被记录。
