A 69-year-old female underwent cardiac CT to evaluate prosthetic valve (PHV) dysfunction detected on echocardiography. A CT coronal and en face views of the mitral annular plane showed a low-density, mass-like lesion on the left atrial side of the PHV and a high-density, plate-like lesion on the left ventricular side of PHV. A repeat of the mitral valve replacement was performed, and preoperative CT findings of both the thrombus on the left atrial side and pannus formation on the LV side were confirmed in the operative findings.
一名69岁女性接受了心脏CT检查，以评估超声心动图检测到的人工心脏瓣膜（PHV）功能障碍。二尖瓣环平面的CT冠状面和正面视图显示，人工心脏瓣膜左心房侧有一个低密度、肿块样病变，人工心脏瓣膜左心室侧有一个高密度、板样病变。再次进行了二尖瓣置换术，手术结果证实了术前CT检查发现的左心房侧血栓和左心室侧血管翳形成。
