A method based on ultrafast liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UFLC-MS/MS) has been developed for the simultaneous determination of seven synthetic pigments in cooked meat product.
After the cooked meat products were extracted by mixed extraction agent, purified by WAX column, the UFLC separation was performed on a Shim-pack XR-ODS II column (75 mm x 2.0 mm, 2.2 µm) with a linear gradient elution program of acetonitrile and ammonium acetate (AmAc, 5 mmol/L) as the mobile phase. Electrospray ionization was applied and operated in the negative ion mode.
The limits of quantitation (LOQs) for the seven synthetic pigments were in the range of 0.7-5.0 µg/kg. The calibration curves showed good linearities for the seven analytes in their detection ranges, and the correlative coefficients (r) were more than 0.999. The recoveries were between 88.2%-106.5% with the RSDs in the range of 1.2%-5.0%.
The method is sensitive, reproducible, quick and adapts to the simultaneous determination of the seven synthetic pigments in cooked meat product.
建立一种基于超快速液相色谱-串联质谱法(UFLC-MS/MS)同时测定熟肉制品中七种合成色素的方法。
熟肉制品经混合提取剂提取后,采用WAX柱净化,在Shim-pack XR-ODS II柱(75 mm×2.0 mm,2.2 µm)上进行UFLC分离,以乙腈和醋酸铵(AmAc,5 mmol/L)为流动相进行线性梯度洗脱程序。采用电喷雾电离,在负离子模式下运行。
七种合成色素的定量限(LOQ)在0.7 - 5.0 µg/kg范围内。校准曲线在七种分析物的检测范围内显示出良好的线性,相关系数(r)大于0.999。回收率在88.2% - 106.5%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)在1.2% - 5.0%范围内。
该方法灵敏、可重现、快速,适用于同时测定熟肉制品中的七种合成色素。
