[The value of local anesthesia in the treatment of difficult children].

The author points out that the elimination of pains in difficult children presents some particularities, referring to certain stages of the psychosomatic development among other things, upon which vegetative reactions may depend. Observations of this kind are mentioned together with their recording, and practice-relevant methods of local anaesthesia are suggested.
