A proposed model for care of the elderly.

As it is easier to take a comprehensive view of an organization and its efforts in a small setting, attention is being directed toward a small community in North Zealand, Denmark, where a radical change in the care of the elderly has taken place. Below, Project Leader Lis Wagner describes the process, which includes training, dialogue and cooperation as the key factors for the project's successful outcome.
