The effect of kallikrein on the Sertoli cells was investigated to determine the rat testicular androgen binding component (ABC = androgen binding protein + androgen receptor) concentration using the dextran-coated charcoal method. The results showed that the concentrations of testicular ABC were increased significantly by the administration of kallikrein to levels approaching those seen after stimulation by LH-RH or FSH. Therefore, it is suggested that kallikrein has an effect that influences the Sertoli cells directly or indirectly.
使用葡聚糖包被活性炭法研究了激肽释放酶对支持细胞的作用,以确定大鼠睾丸雄激素结合成分(ABC = 雄激素结合蛋白 + 雄激素受体)的浓度。结果表明,给予激肽释放酶后,睾丸ABC的浓度显著升高,接近促黄体激素释放激素(LH-RH)或促卵泡激素(FSH)刺激后的水平。因此,提示激肽释放酶具有直接或间接影响支持细胞的作用。
