Abstract

A novel mitochondria-targeting fluorescent probe compound S-N for hydrogen sulfide (H S) in living cells has been designed and synthesized in this study. This article contained the chemosynthesis and some studies on bioactivity of the target compound in living cells. Compound S-N is easy to synthesize and can remain stable under the effect of pH, system and photostability. In addition, it shows low cytotoxicity in cell imaging. And it can react with H S highly selective in PBS or FBS solution, which would cause the obvious increase in fluorescence intensity. Therefore, the low-cost detection method for H S is allowed for monitoring the quantity of H S existed in the mitochondria.

本研究设计并合成了一种用于活细胞中硫化氢(H₂S)检测的新型线粒体靶向荧光探针化合物S-N。本文包含了目标化合物的化学合成及其在活细胞中的生物活性研究。化合物S-N易于合成,在pH、体系和光稳定性的影响下能保持稳定。此外,它在细胞成像中显示出低细胞毒性。并且它能在PBS或FBS溶液中与H₂S发生高选择性反应,导致荧光强度明显增加。因此,该低成本的H₂S检测方法可用于监测线粒体中H₂S的含量。
