Abstract
The authors describe a new case of multiple cutaneous cylindromas (Poncet-Spiegler cylindroma), and discuss the clinical and histopathological characteristics of this rare affection. Treatment is exclusively surgical, with plastic surgery being required for advanced cases. In the case presented, a free flap from the forearm was used to cover the area of extensive loss of cutaneous matter in the parotid region.
