The first member, Y(OH)(BH)Cl·4.98HO, of a new family of boron-containing substances, closo-dodecaborate intercalated layered rare-earth hydroxides, was synthesized using a microwave-assisted hydrothermal method. The structure and composition of this compound were studied by X-ray diffraction, transmission and scanning electron microscopy, thermal analysis, inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, IR spectroscopy, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The title compound had the composition Y(OH)(BH)Cl·4.98HO and crystallized in a form of plate-like, aggregated particles less than 10 nm thick. The coordination of closo-dodecaborate anions with yttrium hydroxide host layers was demonstrated.
利用微波辅助水热法合成了含硼物质新家族——闭式十二硼酸盐插层层状稀土氢氧化物的首个成员Y(OH)(BH)Cl·4.98HO。通过X射线衍射、透射和扫描电子显微镜、热分析、电感耦合等离子体质谱、红外光谱和X射线光电子能谱研究了该化合物的结构和组成。标题化合物的组成为Y(OH)(BH)Cl·4.98HO,结晶为厚度小于10 nm的板状聚集颗粒形式。证明了闭式十二硼酸盐阴离子与氢氧化钇主体层的配位作用。
