Abstract

The synthesis of diosgenyl 2-amino-2-deoxy-β-D-galactopyranoside is presented for the first time. This synthetic saponin was transformed into its hydrochloride as well as -acyl, 2-ureido, -alkyl, and ,-dialkyl derivatives. Antifungal and antibacterial studies show that some of the obtained compounds are active against Gram-positive bacteria and type fungi.

首次报道了薯蓣皂苷元2-氨基-2-脱氧-β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷的合成。这种合成皂苷被转化为其盐酸盐以及酰基、2-脲基、烷基和二烷基衍生物。抗真菌和抗菌研究表明,所得到的一些化合物对革兰氏阳性菌和某些类型的真菌具有活性。
