To explore the correlation between the imaging parameters of skull and the external features of eyes.
Positive images of the head face and the frontal and lateral X-ray films were obtained from 101 cases of adult males of the Han nationality aged from 20 to 40 years old in Northeast China. The face width (₁), upper face width (₂), biorbital width (₃), all facial height (₄), upper facial height (₅), maximum breadth of skull (₆), minimum breadth of frontal bone (₇), orbital widthⅡ(₈), anterior interorbital breadth (₉), maximum height of skull (₁₀), minimum width of nasal bone (₁₁) and orbital height (₁₂) were measured and the data were statistically analysed.
Through the linear regression analysis, the regression equations of the presumed inboard canthi (₁) and outboard canthi distances (₂) were established, respectively, which were ₁=0.025 ₂+0.291 ₃-0.011 ₇+0.041 x₁₀-0.525(=0.613, =0.222 cm) and ₂=1.703-0.08 ₂+0.573 ₃-0.142 ₄+0.421 ₅+0.096 ₇-0.256 ₈+0.149 ₉+0.071 ₁₀(=0.745, =0.341 cm). The back-substitution check showed that the accuracy rate of two equations at ±1 were 75.2% and 80.2%, respectively.
The established regression equations of external features of eyes have high estimation accuracy, which can be used to the practical work of facial reconstruction.
探讨颅骨影像学参数与眼部外部特征之间的相关性。
选取中国东北地区101例年龄在20至40岁之间的汉族成年男性,获取其头部正面及正侧位X线片。测量面部宽度(₁)、上面部宽度(₂)、双眶宽度(₃)、全脸高度(₄)、上面部高度(₅)、颅骨最大宽度(₆)、额骨最小宽度(₇)、眶Ⅱ宽度(₈)、眶间前宽度(₉)、颅骨最大高度(₁₀)、鼻骨最小宽度(₁₁)和眶高(₁₂),并对数据进行统计学分析。
通过线性回归分析,分别建立了推测内眦(₁)和外眦距离(₂)的回归方程,分别为₁ = 0.025₂ + 0.291₃ - 0.011₇ + 0.041x₁₀ - 0.525(= 0.613,= 0.222 cm)和₂ = 1.703 - 0.08₂ + 0.573₃ - 0.142₄ + 0.421₅ + 0.096₇ - 0.256₈ + 0.149₉ + 0.071₁₀(= 0.745,= 0.341 cm)。回代检验显示,两个方程在±1时的准确率分别为75.2%和80.2%。
所建立的眼部外部特征回归方程具有较高的估计准确性,可应用于面部重建的实际工作中。
