Abstract
Due to errors in the planning and development of cancer hospital system there is a gap between the present-day cancer morbidity levels and the number and profile of oncological hospital beds. Fresh approaches to cancer control planning are required. Improvement in treatment strategies is an important factor of cancer in--patient service development.

由于癌症医院系统规划和发展中的错误，当前癌症发病率水平与肿瘤医院病床数量及配置之间存在差距。需要采用新的癌症控制规划方法。改进治疗策略是癌症住院服务发展的一个重要因素。
