In this study, a new method based on homogeneous liquid-phase microextraction was developed for the determination of methamphetamine (MA) in urine samples. Dipropylamine (DPA), as a solvent with switchable hydrophilicity, was used as the extraction solvent and can be miscible/immiscible based on variable pH values of the aqueous sample solution. The effects of operational extraction parameters such as DPA volume, temperature, the amount of added acid and base solutions, and NaCl content of the sample were investigated. Under optimal conditions the preconcentration factor, limit of detection and linearity of the method were achieved in the ranges of 98.8, 1.5 µgL and 5-1500 µgL, respectively. Also, within-run precision, between-run precision and robustness of the method were investigated. Finally, the proposed method was successfully applied to the analysis of MA in urine sample.
本研究建立了一种基于均相液相微萃取的新方法,用于测定尿样中的甲基苯丙胺(MA)。二丙胺(DPA)作为一种具有可切换亲水性的溶剂,可用作萃取溶剂,且根据水相样品溶液的 pH 值变化,DPA 可混溶/不混溶。考察了操作萃取参数,如 DPA 体积、温度、加入的酸和碱溶液的量以及样品中的 NaCl 含量。在最佳条件下,该方法的预浓缩因子、检测限和线性范围分别为 98.8、1.5µgL 和 5-1500µgL。此外,还考察了该方法的日内精密度、日间精密度和稳健性。最后,该方法成功应用于尿样中 MA 的分析。
