Abstract

The purpose of the case report is to present the case of a 42-year-old woman with thoracic outlet syndrome caused by fibrous dysplasia of the first rib treated by surgical therapy through cervicothoracic approach by Grunenwald with complete vascular and partial brachial plexus preparation. 摘要

本病例报告的目的是介绍一名42岁女性因第一肋骨纤维发育异常导致胸廓出口综合征的病例，该患者通过格鲁嫩瓦尔德经颈胸入路进行手术治疗，术中对血管进行了完整显露，对臂丛神经进行了部分显露。关键词：胸廓出口综合征；纤维发育异常；经颈胸入路
