[IMMEDIATE RESULTS OF SURGICAL TREATMENT OF A MITRAL VALVE PROLAPSE IN ITS INSUFFICIENCY].

Results of treatment of 92 consequently managed patients, suffering mitral valve (MV) prolapse, оperated in the clinicin 2011 — 2015 yrs, were analyzed. In all the patients a MV plasty was performed. Correction was sufficient in 90 (97.8%) patients, 2 (2.2%) were reoperated. All the patients are still alive. Application of various surgical methosin a MV prolapse provides high rate of good immediate results.
