Abstract
Possible proconvulsant action of GABA receptor antagonist CGP46381 was studied 3 and 13 days after status epilepticus elicited in 12-day-old rats. GABAA-dependent activity was tested by pentylenetetrazol administration and found different in 15-day-old rats after status epiolepticus but not in the older group. The interaction of the two GABAergic systems should be studied in detail.

在12日龄大鼠诱发癫痫持续状态后3天和13天，研究了GABA受体拮抗剂CGP46381可能的促惊厥作用。通过给予戊四氮测试GABAA依赖性活性，发现在癫痫持续状态后的15日龄大鼠中有所不同，但在年龄较大的组中没有差异。应详细研究这两种GABA能系统的相互作用。
