4-Methyl-2-prenylphenol (1) was synthesized from para-cresol and prenol, natural alcohol under the conditions of heterogeneous catalysis. A series of nine new aminomethyl derivatives with secondary and tertiary amino groups were obtained on the basis of compound 1. A comparative evaluation of their antioxidant properties was carried out using in vitro models. It was established that Mannich base with octylaminomethyl group has radical-scavenging activity, high Fe -chelation ability as well as the ability to inhibit oxidative hemolysis of red blood cells.
4-甲基-2-异戊烯基苯酚(1)由对甲酚和异戊烯醇(天然醇)在多相催化条件下合成。在化合物1的基础上得到了一系列9种含仲氨基和叔氨基的新型氨甲基衍生物。使用体外模型对它们的抗氧化性能进行了比较评估。结果表明,具有辛基氨甲基的曼尼希碱具有自由基清除活性、高铁螯合能力以及抑制红细胞氧化溶血的能力。
