Fascicular premature ventricular contractions (PVCs) can arise from anywhere in the His Purkinje system, but PVCs originating from the left bundle branch (LBB) are rarely reported. We report the case of PVC arising from the LBB, and also describe the electrophysiological features that might indicate the bracketing of the fascicular PVC focus.
束支性室性早搏（PVC）可起源于希氏-浦肯野系统的任何部位，但起源于左束支（LBB）的PVC鲜有报道。我们报告了1例起源于LBB的PVC病例，并描述了可能提示束支性PVC起源点定位的电生理特征。
