To examine the serum levels of leptin and adiponectin in different obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) phenotypes. Obese patients who were admitted to our sleep laboratory were included. All patients underwent spirometry, daytime arterial blood gas analysis, polysomnography and transthoracic echocardiography. Serum levels of adiponectin and leptin were recorded. Analysis included 146 OSA patients (81 females, 65 males, age: 49.8 ± 10.7 years, body mass index: 40.3 ± 4.9 kg/m, 47.9% severe OSA, 42.5% severe obesity). Females had higher leptin and adiponectin levels (p < 0.001; p < 0.001, respectively). Leptin levels were higher in patients with severe obesity (p < 0.001). Severe OSA patients had lower leptin and adiponectin levels (p = 0.023; p = 0.035, respectively). Adipokine levels were different especially in OSA patients with severe obesity, female gender and severe OSA.
探讨不同阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(OSA)表型患者血清瘦素和脂联素水平。
选择我院睡眠实验室收治的肥胖症患者,所有患者均行肺功能、日间动脉血气分析、多导睡眠图及经胸超声心动图检查,记录血清脂联素和瘦素水平。分析包括 146 例 OSA 患者(女性 81 例,男性 65 例,年龄:49.8±10.7 岁,体重指数:40.3±4.9 kg/m2,47.9%为重度 OSA,42.5%为重度肥胖)。
女性患者的瘦素和脂联素水平更高(p<0.001;p<0.001)。重度肥胖患者的瘦素水平更高(p<0.001)。重度 OSA 患者的瘦素和脂联素水平较低(p=0.023;p=0.035)。脂联素水平在重度肥胖、女性和重度 OSA 的 OSA 患者中存在差异。
肥胖症患者的 OSA 表型与血清瘦素和脂联素水平相关。
