A 29-year-old negro woman was admitted with external nasal pain and swelling for 5 weeks. The incision and drainage was done and a few of pus were drained out. CT scan showed the possibility of infectious lesions with nasal soft tissue swelling and increased density. The diagnosis was external nasal cellulitis, and the causative bacteria were enterobacter cloacae.
