Abstract
A 62-year-old woman presented with seronegative polyarthritis four months before she was found to have squamous cell carcinoma of the bronchus with widespread metastases. Unexpectedly, high titre speckled antinuclear antibodies with antibody to ribonucleoprotein were found.
