To examine the expression of myofibroblast in gingival after orthodontic loading.
Eight patients were selected as experimental group and treated with orthodontic force for 4 months. Ten patients were selected as the control group, were not loaded. The gingival protein expressions of collagen typeⅠ, collagen type Ⅲ, α-smooth muscle actin (α-SMA) were evaluated by immunohistochemistry method.
Positive expressions of collagen typeⅠ, collagen type Ⅲ were founded, while no positive staining for α-SMA in the gingival tissue except vascular epithelium before loading. In experimental group, collagen type I and collagen type Ⅲ were increased after orthodontic loading (P<0.05), the expression of α-SMA was detected and statistically significant (P<0.05).
The myofibroblast exists in gingival tissue after orthodontic loading, and it may be concerned with orthodontic teeth relapse.
研究正畸加力后牙龈中肌成纤维细胞的表达情况。
选取8例患者作为实验组,施以正畸力4个月。选取10例患者作为对照组,不施加力。采用免疫组织化学方法评估牙龈组织中Ⅰ型胶原、Ⅲ型胶原、α-平滑肌肌动蛋白(α-SMA)的蛋白表达。
加载前牙龈组织中除血管内皮外,Ⅰ型胶原、Ⅲ型胶原呈阳性表达,α-SMA无阳性染色。实验组正畸加力后,Ⅰ型胶原和Ⅲ型胶原增加(P<0.05),检测到α-SMA的表达且具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
正畸加力后牙龈组织中存在肌成纤维细胞,其可能与正畸牙复发有关。
