Abstract

Nitrite (NO ) is one of the important pollutants in food and the environment, which can seriously endanger the health of human beings. Therefore, detecting nitrite in food, environmental and biological samples is very significant for health monitoring. Herein, polymer carbon dots (PCDs) doped with nitrogen and phosphorus were prepared by polymerization of ascorbic acid (AA) and polyethylenimine (PEI) with phosphoric acid, and exhibited excellent stability, adjustable fluorescence emissions and good biocompatibility. It was found that the PCDs presented a sensitive response to nitrite (NO ), and they were successfully applied for NO analysis in water and milk samples, and the dynamic monitoring of nitrite entry into Hep-2 cells.

亚硝酸盐(NO )是食品和环境中重要的污染物之一,严重威胁人类健康。因此,检测食品、环境和生物样品中的亚硝酸盐对于健康监测具有重要意义。在此,通过用磷酸聚合抗坏血酸(AA)和聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)制备了氮磷掺杂的聚合物碳点(PCD),其表现出优异的稳定性、可调谐的荧光发射和良好的生物相容性。发现 PCD 对亚硝酸盐(NO )具有敏感的响应,并将其成功应用于水样和奶样中的 NO 分析,以及亚硝酸盐进入 Hep-2 细胞的动态监测。
