Three kinds of novel environmentally benign and high-efficiency crude oil demulsifiers were prepared using methoxy polyethylene glycol (MPEG) to modify alkylated carboxymethyl chitosan (ACMC). Structures of the demulsifiers were confirmed using FT-IR and H NMR, and the relationship between surface tension and concentration was tested. Demulsification performance was investigated using the bottle test method with oil-in-water (O/W) emulsions that were prepared in lab conditions. The demulsification efficiency was as high as 79.1 %-84.9 %, and the possible mechanism of the demulsification process is discussed. Results show that MPEG-grafted ACMC (MPEG-ACMC) has a promising application as a demulsifier for dealing with emulsified O/W crude oil.
三种新型环保高效原油破乳剂是利用甲氧基聚乙二醇(MPEG)对烷基化羧甲基壳聚糖(ACMC)进行改性而制备的。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)和核磁共振氢谱(H NMR)对破乳剂的结构进行了确认,并测试了表面张力与浓度的关系。采用瓶试法对实验室条件下制备的油包水乳状液(O/W)进行了破乳性能研究。破乳效率高达 79.1%-84.9%,并对破乳过程的可能机理进行了探讨。结果表明,MPEG 接枝 ACMC(MPEG-ACMC)有望作为一种处理乳化 O/W 原油的破乳剂。
