CASE
A 14-year-old skeletally immature boy sustained a lateral split depression tibial plateau fracture without extension through the physis. He underwent open reduction internal fixation with all-epiphyseal instrumentation.
CONCLUSION
Tibial plateau fractures that spare the physis are rare injuries, with no reports previously in the literature of operative treatment without physeal arrest. Careful all-epiphyseal reduction and fixation is a viable option with good-to-excellent outcomes and return to sporting activities.
病例
一名 14 岁骨骼未成熟的男孩发生了外侧分裂凹陷胫骨平台骨折，未延伸穿过骺板。他接受了切开复位内固定术，采用全骺板内固定器械。
结论
未累及骺板的胫骨平台骨折较为少见，文献中此前尚无关于不进行骺板阻滞的手术治疗的报道。仔细的全骺板复位和固定是一种可行的选择，可获得良好至优秀的结果，并恢复运动活动。
