Abstract

We are dealing with the case of a patient suspected of ectopic pregnancy. Laparoscopy showed a ruptured corpus luteum on the right side with haemoperitoneum. Four days after her discharge, she came back with a ruptured ectopic pregnancy in the outer third of the left tube. We emphasize the difficulties of an early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy and its etiology.
