Cutaneous myiasis is an infestation of the skin by fly larvae, which usually occurs in adults. We present a case of cutaneous myiasis caused by in a 3-month-old infant with psoriasis vulgaris. In this case report, we highlight the clinical, histopathologic, taxonomic identification, and treatment of cutaneous myiasis occurring in psoriatic skin.
皮肤蝇蛆病是一种由蝇幼虫引起的皮肤感染，通常发生在成年人身上。我们报告一例3个月大患有寻常型银屑病的婴儿发生皮肤蝇蛆病的病例。在本病例报告中，我们重点介绍了银屑病皮肤中发生的皮肤蝇蛆病的临床、组织病理学、分类学鉴定及治疗。
