Abstract

In this study, we first obtained the complete mitochondrial genome of (Decapoda: Brachyura: Potamoidea). The genome is 16,965 bp in length and typically consists of 37 genes (13 protein-coding genes, 22 tRNAs genes, two rRNAs genes, and one putative control region). In addition, the mitogenome has 20 non-coding regions ranging from 1 to 683 bp in length. This study provides DNA data for further researches on population genetics and phylogenetics.

在本研究中,我们首次获得了(十足目:短尾亚目:溪蟹总科)的完整线粒体基因组。该基因组长度为16,965 bp,通常由37个基因组成(13个蛋白质编码基因、22个tRNA基因、2个rRNA基因和1个假定的控制区)。此外,线粒体基因组有20个非编码区,长度从1到683 bp不等。本研究为群体遗传学和系统发育学的进一步研究提供了DNA数据。
