Abstract

The CO emission transfer at city level, especially across sectors of cities, has not yet been sufficiently quantified. This paper analyzes the embodied CO transfer across sectors of 13 cities in Jing-Jin-Ji region (Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei in China) combining multi-regional input-output analysis with complex network analysis. The results show that (1) most embodied CO transfers are concentrated in a few sectors and emission reduction effects on these sectors can be quickly extended to the entire embodied CO transfer network (ECTN). (2) The electricity and hot water production and supply sector in Beijing have the most embodied CO export partners and the strongest control over embodied CO transfer. The construction sector in Beijing has the most embodied CO import partners and greatest influence on the ECTN. (3) At city level, 90% of embodied CO transfers occur within the city, and the general direction of embodied CO transfer across cities is from resource-rich cities, Tangshan and Handan, to developed cities, Beijing and Tianjin. At sector level, the largest embodied CO transfer path is electricity and hot water production and supply → metallurgy → construction sector. (4) Embodied CO transfers of sectors in the same or adjacent cities are denser. Collection of sectors in Beijing and Tianjin is the densest embodied CO transfer community.

城市层面的 CO 排放转移,特别是城市间各部门的转移,尚未得到充分量化。本文通过多区域投入产出分析与复杂网络分析相结合,分析了京津冀地区 13 个城市各部门间的隐含 CO 转移。结果表明:(1)大多数隐含 CO 转移集中在少数几个部门,这些部门的减排效果可以迅速扩展到整个隐含 CO 转移网络(ECTN)。(2)北京的电力和热水生产与供应部门拥有最多的隐含 CO 出口伙伴,对隐含 CO 转移具有最强的控制能力。北京的建筑部门拥有最多的隐含 CO 进口伙伴,对 ECTN 的影响最大。(3)在城市层面,90%的隐含 CO 转移发生在本市内,城市间隐含 CO 转移的一般方向是从资源丰富的唐山和邯郸流向发达的北京和天津。在部门层面,最大的隐含 CO 转移路径是电力和热水生产与供应→冶金→建筑部门。(4)同一城市或相邻城市的部门间隐含 CO 转移更为密集。北京和天津的部门集合是隐含 CO 转移最密集的共同体。
