Syringoma is a benign sweat gland tumor.
Vulvar location of syringoma is rare. Although the lesions are asymptomatic, it requires treatment due to the cosmetic concerns.
PATIENTS/METHODS: We present a 42-year-old woman with vulvar syringoma.
The patient treated with 577 nm pro-yellow laser with a great success.
A 577 nm pro-yellow laser is a good alternative in the treatment of vulvar syringoma.
汗管瘤是一种良性汗腺肿瘤。
汗管瘤发生于外阴部位较为罕见。尽管这些病变无症状，但出于美观考虑仍需治疗。
患者/方法：我们报告一例42岁患有外阴汗管瘤的女性。
该患者接受577纳米黄光激光治疗，效果显著。
577纳米黄光激光是治疗外阴汗管瘤的一种良好选择。
