Retraction: "microRNA-129-5p involved in the neuroprotective effect of dexmedetomidine on hypoxic-ischemic brain injury by targeting COL3A1 through the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway in neonatal rats," by Xiu-Min Zhou, Jie Liu, Ying Wang, Shu-Li Zhang, Xin Zhao, Xiang Xu, Jian Pei, Man-He Zhang, J Cell Biochem. 2019; 6908-6919: The above article, published online on 27 January 2018 in Wiley Online Library (https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/jcb.26704) has been retracted by agreement between the journal's Editor in Chief, Prof. Dr. Christian Behl, and Wiley Periodicals LLC. The retraction has been agreed following an investigation based on allegations raised by a third party. A detailed investigation revealed that several image elements of the experimental data were published elsewhere in a different scientific context. Thus, the editors consider the conclusions of this article to be invalid.
