A new antlion species of the genus Dendroleon Brauer, 1866 (Myrmeleontidae: Dendroleontinae: Dendroleontini), namely Dendroleon laiyanae sp. nov., from Southwest China and Northern Vietnam is described. Besides, D. regius (Navs, 1914), a rare species of Dendroleon is first recorded in China with a detailed re-description. A discussion on the diagnostic characters of Dendroleon is also provided.
一种新的蚁狮属（Myrmeleontidae：Dendroleontinae：Dendroleontini）物种，即来自中国西南部和越南北部的雷亚纳蚁狮（Dendroleon laiyanae sp. nov.），被描述。此外，中国首次记录了罕见的雷氏蚁狮（Dendroleon regius (Navs, 1914)），并对其进行了详细的重新描述。还提供了关于蚁狮属鉴别特征的讨论。
