Abstract

Enhanced blue fluorescent carbon nitride quantum dots (g-CNQDs) were synthesized by a simple solvothermal "tailoring" process from bulk g-CN and analyzed by various characterization methods. The as-obtained g-CNQDs were successfully applied in the determination of tetracycline (TC) with a good linear relationship in the range of 0.23-202.70 μM. The proposed fluorescent sensor shows excellent stability, good repeatability, high selectivity and outstanding sensitivity to TC with a low detection limit of 0.19 μM. The fluorescence quenching mechanism of g-CNQDs with TC was mainly governed by static quenching and the inner filter effect. The method was successfully applied to monitor TC in tap water and milk powder samples.

通过一种简单的溶剂热“剪裁”工艺,从块状石墨相氮化碳(g-CN)合成了增强型蓝色荧光碳氮量子点(g-CNQDs),并采用各种表征方法对其进行了分析。所制备的g-CNQDs成功应用于四环素(TC)的测定,在0.23-202.70 μM范围内具有良好的线性关系。所提出的荧光传感器对TC表现出优异的稳定性、良好的重复性、高选择性和出色的灵敏度,检测限低至0.19 μM。g-CNQDs与TC的荧光猝灭机制主要由静态猝灭和内滤效应决定。该方法成功应用于自来水和奶粉样品中TC的监测。
