Abstract

Recently, energetic ionic salts have become a research hotspot due to their attractive properties, such as high density, high heat of formation, and environmental friendliness. Dihydroxylammonium 5,5'-bistetrazole-1,1'-diolate (TKX-50) is a typical nitrogen-rich energetic ionic salt, which has broad application prospects. However, the research on the stability and crystal structure evolution of TKX-50 in different solvent systems is insufficient. Herein, we investigated the crystal structure transformations and searched for new solid forms of TKX-50 under different conditions a solvent induction method. The phase composition of all screened samples was analyzed by powder or single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Three new solid forms of [NH(CH) ][BTO], [NH(CHCH) ][BTO], [NHOH(CHCCH)][BTO] HO were obtained from DMAC, DEF and AC/MT, respectively. Furthermore, the energetic properties were evaluated through EXPLO5.

近年来,含能离子盐因其具有诸如高密度、高生成热和环境友好等吸引人的性质而成为研究热点。5,5'-双四唑-1,1'-二醇铵盐(TKX-50)是一种典型的富氮含能离子盐,具有广阔的应用前景。然而,关于TKX-50在不同溶剂体系中的稳定性和晶体结构演变的研究尚不充分。在此,我们采用溶剂诱导法研究了TKX-50在不同条件下的晶体结构转变并寻找其新的固态形式。通过粉末或单晶X射线衍射分析了所有筛选样品的相组成。分别从N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAC)、N,N-二乙基甲酰胺(DEF)和乙腈/甲基叔丁基醚(AC/MT)中获得了三种新的固态形式[NH(CH) ][BTO]、[NH(CHCH) ][BTO]、[NHOH(CHCCH)][BTO]·HO。此外,通过EXPLO5评估了其能量性质。
