The authors distinguish 4 variants of disturbances of the mesenterial lymph outflow (DMLO). Six patients with DMLO observed in the clinic had obstruction of the thoracic duct of different genesis as the cause of DMLO. Lymphovenostomy was successfully used for treatment of chyluria and lymphorrhea and should be considered a pathogenetic method for treatment of DMLO.
作者区分了肠系膜淋巴流出障碍（DMLO）的4种变体。临床上观察到的6例DMLO患者中，不同病因导致的胸导管梗阻是DMLO的病因。淋巴静脉吻合术已成功用于乳糜尿和淋巴漏的治疗，应被视为治疗DMLO的一种致病方法。
