Abstract
The diagnostic possibilities of the basic radio-immunological methods for the determination of thyroid function were studied in 316 healthy subjects and 235 patients with diseases of thyroid gland. The indices with the most significant diagnostic value in hyper- and hypothyroidism were derived on the base of a comprehensive analysis of the individual data. After a re-evaluation of the functional tests for the thyroid gland known so far, a strategy was elaborated, making use only of radio-immunological tests for the thyroid function.

对316名健康受试者和235名甲状腺疾病患者研究了用于测定甲状腺功能的基本放射免疫方法的诊断可能性。在对个体数据进行综合分析的基础上，得出了在甲状腺功能亢进和减退中具有最显著诊断价值的指标。在对迄今为止已知的甲状腺功能测试进行重新评估后，制定了一种仅使用甲状腺功能放射免疫测试的策略。
