Abstract

Iridium-catalyzed asymmetric C-H addition of an -methyl group on 3-trifluoromethyl-2-(-methylamino)pyridine to cyclic alkenes was realized by using a phosphine-olefin ligand. Indene and its 7-substituted derivatives, acenaphthylene, and some bicyclic alkenes underwent the addition to give the corresponding products in good yields with high enantioselectivity.

通过使用膦-烯烃配体实现了铱催化的3-三氟甲基-2-(-甲基氨基)吡啶上的-甲基对环状烯烃的不对称C-H加成反应。茚及其7-取代衍生物、苊以及一些双环烯烃都能发生该加成反应,以良好的产率和高对映选择性得到相应产物。
