The prokaryotic generic name Li . 2016 is illegitimate because it is a later homonym of the name Foissner, Berger and Schaumburg 1999 (Tintinnidae) (Principle 2 and Rule 51b(4) of the International Code of Nomenclature of Prokaryotes). We therefore propose the replacement generic name with type species comb. nov.
原核生物的属名 Li. 2016 是无效的，因为它是 Foissner、Berger 和 Schaumburg 1999 （钟虫科）（国际原核生物命名法规第 2 原则和第 51b(4)条）名称的后同形异义词。因此，我们建议用具有组合新种的属名 来替代。
