Abstract
Urinary Gram staining is helpful in patients with complicated urinary retention, such as prolonged urinary retention and coexisting ureteral retention disease. If gram-positive rods are observed on urine Gram staining in a patient with urinary tract infection, an anaerobic culture of the urine may be helpful for early diagnosis and treatment of infection.

尿革兰氏染色有助于处理复杂的尿潴留患者，如长时间尿潴留和同时存在输尿管潴留疾病的患者。如果尿路感染患者的尿液革兰氏染色观察到革兰氏阳性杆菌，则对尿液进行厌氧菌培养可能有助于早期诊断和治疗感染。
