Abstract
Based upon clinico-morphological analyses of data of 79 patients with primary melanomas of the upper extremity skin the authors have found 3 risk factors of the regional metastasing process. It was shown that in patients having these risk factors there is 50% higher probability of regional metastases of melanomas which may be taken as indications for performing prophylactic axillary lymphadenectomy in such patients.

基于对79例上肢皮肤原发性黑色素瘤患者数据的临床形态学分析，作者发现了区域转移过程的3个危险因素。结果表明，存在这些危险因素的患者发生黑色素瘤区域转移的可能性要高50%，这可作为对此类患者进行预防性腋窝淋巴结清扫术的指征。
