The importance of this diagnostic and therapeutic management rests on the vital danger to patients with heart sarcoidosis. We arranged the score according to the clinical significance intentionally applying strict standards mainly with regard to the differential diagnosis of the coronary heart disease. Due to our results the myocardial biopsy seems to be unnecessary.
