Abstract
Epithelial tumours of the bladder are very rare entities in childhood. A case of a bladder papilloma in a 10 years old boy is herein reported. Basing on this observation, the pathological, therapeutic and prognosis aspects are mainly discussed.

膀胱上皮肿瘤在儿童时期是非常罕见的疾病。本文报告了一例10岁男孩的膀胱乳头状瘤病例。基于该观察结果，主要讨论了其病理、治疗及预后方面的情况。
