Pseudolymphomas of the skin form a heterogeneous and complex group of disorders. A deep knowledge of the different entities is required to make a correct diagnosis and to administer proper treatment. The group includes a wide range of disorders from banal lymphocytic infiltrations to diseases with guarded prognosis. The clinical and histologic characteristic of each disorder are discussed in the context of new diagnostic methods.
