Abstract
A 23-year-old black man was seen for a fracture of the ulnar styloid. X-ray films of the wrist revealed an absent navicular and hypertrophic styloid process of the radius. This radiologic finding has not been reported to date.

一名23岁黑人男性因尺骨茎突骨折前来就诊。腕部X线片显示舟状骨缺如，桡骨茎突肥大。这一放射学表现迄今尚未见报道。
