Abstract
A case of histologically low-grade leiomyosarcoma of the rectum showing an unusually late appearance of hepatic metastasis is reported. This was found at autopsy 17 years after a curative resection of the primary rectal tumor that had been diagnosed initially as a leiomyoma.

报告了一例直肠组织学低级别平滑肌肉瘤病例，该病例出现肝转移的时间异常晚。这是在最初诊断为平滑肌瘤的原发性直肠肿瘤根治性切除17年后的尸检中发现的。
