Abstract
Sclerosing Rhabdomyosarcoma (SRMS), is a rare, recently described variant of RMS, has predilection for the Extremities and the Head & Neck region. We herein report an unusual case of 9 year old male child who presented with a progressive swelling in the deep lobe of parotid & parapharyngeal space. The tumour was excised via transcervical transparotid approach. Histopathology was suggestive of sclerosing rhabdomyosarcoma.We report this case owing to the rarity of disease and histological similarity to other malignancies.

硬化性横纹肌肉瘤（SRMS）是一种罕见的、最近才被描述的横纹肌肉瘤变体，好发于四肢以及头颈部区域。我们在此报告一例不寻常的病例，一名9岁男童，其腮腺深叶及咽旁间隙出现进行性肿胀。肿瘤通过经颈腮腺入路切除。组织病理学提示为硬化性横纹肌肉瘤。我们报告此病例是因为该疾病罕见，且在组织学上与其他恶性肿瘤相似。
