We present the case of a patient who developed severe pre-capillary pulmonary hypertension 7 years after heart transplantation. The transplantation was performed due to the dilated phase of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy with combined post- and pre-capillary pulmonary hypertension (CpcPH), which had initially improved. This case highlights the potential underlying factors contributing to pulmonary arterial hypertension in patients with CpcPH and the importance of careful long-term follow-up after heart transplantation.
我们报告了一例心脏移植7年后发生严重毛细血管前肺动脉高压的患者。该患者因肥厚型心肌病扩张期合并毛细血管后和毛细血管前肺动脉高压（CpcPH）而接受心脏移植，术后病情最初有所改善。本病例强调了CpcPH患者发生肺动脉高压的潜在因素以及心脏移植后长期密切随访的重要性。
