Abstract

is a gram-negative rod isolated from water. It is rarely known to cause infections in humans. We present the case of a 72-year-old lady who developed bacteremia probably originating from the water treatment plant of a hemodialysis unit. The patient improved with timely treatment with appropriate antibiotics.

是一种从水中分离出的革兰氏阴性杆菌。它很少引起人类感染。我们报告一例72岁女性病例，她发生了可能源自血液透析单元水处理厂的菌血症。患者经适当抗生素及时治疗后病情好转。
