The Morel-Lavallée lesion is a closed soft tissue degloving injury that leads to fluid accumulation between the subcutaneous tissue and the underlying fascia. When resistant to medical treatment, open surgery can result in undesirable scarring and prolonged postoperative recovery. The Ronceray method involves creating aponeurotic windows to facilitate fluid resorption into the underlying muscles. This article details an endoscopic modification of the technique, which aims to minimize scarring, reduce postoperative constraints, and accelerate recovery. The described approach includes patient positioning, instrumentation, step-by-step surgical execution, and postoperative care, ensuring precise reproducibility for surgeons.
